Best investment for our children

I have seen parents saving and buying oroperties and other assets during their lifetime, which they think will secure the future of their children.  They fail to realize that their children end up fighting for these properties.  The best thing that we can give our children is very good education.  That is the asset that we should invest in for our children.  What do you think is the best investment for our children.

Very true, children after inheriting large properties fail to realize its value and the hardwork that went into earning it.  They either fight over it or just overspend it.  Very few of them try to increase their worth.
